I must say that the poor reviews here are just a shame. You will need at least 5 hours to see all the display! And that is without reading the descriptions! They have 5 buildings, at the moment 3 are open and 2 are closed for maintenance I guess, which I hope will end soon as the collections are absolutely... 更多
I am an agronomist and enjoyed my visit. Can't imagine kids enjoying the place; it's out of date. The collection is very precious and deserves to be preserved.
The AM is the closest you can get to a 'natural history' museum in Egypt... Like many attractions in Egypt, the building and surroundings are good to be a museum by themselves. The AM is a great place to learn about Egyptian civilization and culture; old and new.. However years of low budget maintenance left it in poor condition. So... 更多
