Noumea market is small however is still well worth going if you are a foody. I would recommend visiting on a Saturday, as it seemed to be bustling with locals. There are also more stalls when a cruise ship is scheduled to dock. Try the Tartlettes Bananes, a New Caledonian specialty, delicious!

As a tourist you naturally stop and visit these places: I've now seen it twice, and as many before me have written; it is expensive! I was a bit disappointed as many items were made in other countries such... 更多
We found a few just not welcoming rude shop owners before we even walked inside tents. Another one standard French don't care about if you buy if you speak English. I was also shocked at the prices, but the market is also small. You could walk three minutes and be done with it all. But the rudeness of the store... 更多
