This was an interesting place to see, but there is not really much there...and it is a long way to go. But for those who are interested in religion and history, it is worth the effort to visit. I would recommend a tour book/information prior to going, as there is not much context or content on site.
Got there by boat. Climbed the stairs to the top of the hill. The small museum was abandoned but the surroundings spoke to my heart. Beautiful. Another place which is worth visiting it. You can take a tour with a guide from stichting Joden Savanne. They can tell you about the history and show you it's history! It's a place where the history of Jews in Suriname began.
