This is a lovely plaza. Surrounded by cathedrals, parliamentary buildings and a town hall, this place is perfect for photos. Two things to look out for.. The clock on the town hall (its a bit different) and the building to the north west of the square... Its filled with bullet holes when the army and police clashed in thd early... 更多

This plaza is surrounded by grand government buildings with huge flags that flap in the wind. There are lots of benches and vendors selling sweets, snacks, ice cream and jelly & whipped cream to the kids, families and dog walkers. Nice little square. When we were there a military band was playing. A vendor sells freshly squeezed orange juice, cheap and delicious. Nice to have a break during the "walk La Paz" tour.
The central city square which can spend quiet time with locals and lots of pigeons. On Sundays take place Hofaot of local bands with local Floklor. Note that the clock on the building, is going in the direction opposite ...............

Especially pay attention to the clock tower - there is a surprise when trying to see what time... 更多
