One of the most beautiful beaches in south america, this is the calm beach part (two main beaches, the Mansa and the Brava), each one with its own characteristics. We loved spending Easter day at playa mansa. We thought there would be tons of families out and about, but found the beach relatively un-crowded -- plenty of space for everyone and great views!
Playa Mansa is an excellent place for familes who want to spend a wonderful time in a beautiful beach, without worying about security. The only thing is that they could offer more place to eat.
there are much nicer beaches in the world. such a shame because the sand and view are lovely but i couldn´t go in the water because there are jellyfish as big as plates everywhere...other people were making of day of fishing dozens of them out and dumping them on the sand before going in.
