Very small place with entry based on donation. Interesting artefacts however nothing is put into context or explained for people who are not familiar with Islam , which is a pity as I wanted to learn more. The caretaker seemed supremely bored and was not welcoming. Definitely not a must-see.
I've read that Beit AlQuran is the largest Quranic museum in the world. Even if its not, It's a must for everyone. Muslims will get to see history about Islam and how Qurans were written and see the original seal of the Prophet (PBUH) on the letter he sent to the ruler of Bahrain inviting him to Islam. You can't... 更多

They are arranged in a quasi-chronological order. There is a lot of fine artistry in most of these copies. One highlight is what is probably the smallest... 更多

If you´re not, it´s still a place that deserves a visit and a quick walk to admire the beautiful collection. From the miniatures to the huge editions, from the calligraphy to the covers, it´s amazing... 更多
This building is a tribute to Islamic religion and art. You will see probably one of the best if not the best collection of Qurans in the world here. So what us 'infidels' might say but even if you are not religious the work that goes into decorating the pages of these manuscripts is something to behold. It houses the... 更多
