where ever you go, you will find a nice, cozzy, grassy place to put a blanket or a sheet from the hotel, bring a buttle of wine and to glasses, and just enjoy the view, the people and the animals walking around.
We run there almost every weekend: Beautiful paths next to the Yarkon. Love it! On Saturdays you have free folk dancing, you can play ball or just stroll. The Zafari is a nice bird's sanctuary, you also have a Cacti garden. A lot of families and pets are having a pucnic or just viditing.
I get a chance to visit this lovely park several times a year, for various reasons. Each and every time is a delight, as it is so tranquil and different from the hectic streets of Tel Aviv. The most tranquil spots are near the river's banks, where you can see ducks, kayakers and joggers running around the park. Recommended.
