My parents and I enjoyed our visit to the Heritage Center. Our favorite parts were the lawmen guns, loom and spinning wheel, old car and fire truck, and the outdoor exhibits, including the carousel. This is definitely worth a stop...the curators have put a lot of work into this museum, and it shows!
We rode by this on the train and needed to check it out. Cute little place with lots to do. We wanted to ride the carousel (a group of adults) it was only $2. Walked through the museum to get there (added fee to see it) and then walked through the little mock town. Kids would enjoy this, I'd think.

The air conditioning was very good on a hot day. The buildings out back were treasures seeping with history. You must see the Parker Carousal. It is a... 更多
In addition to the usual local heritage museum items, there is a large collection of vintage telephones with the plenty of descriptive material. You can learn how manual and automatic switchboards work. On the grounds is a large vintage carousel which you can ride for a small additional charge.

Very informative and enriching for kids and adults with a love of history. The back of the museum has old houses from the city, and... 更多

Lots of antiques in this museum and well worth a visit. The outside area has some old replica buildings as well as a C.W.... 更多
The grandchildren truly enjoyed seeing the museum and riding on the carousel. The older buildings interested them as well. The museum gives a good look at the past in this area.
