A such the Pavilion was not open for visit at the time of my travel to Liberia but you can still go around outside. The main entrance and the statues were under renovation at that time.
More important than the Pavilion and the National Museum which is located just next to it is to spend time walking around the place...
I like Monrovia, and I like to see some of the buildings with a bit of history, so I enjoyed looking at the Centennial Pavilion. Quite a nice building compared to many others in Monrovia, and it's been newly renovated. It has pictures of all the presidents on the wall.
