We went in the hottest time of the year, but it did get so hot that I found it hard to concentrate on what the tour guide was saying sometimes. But other than that, it was very informative and interesting
You would enjoy every bit of it...make sure you ask for a guide! You would witness tit bits of Slave trade and the traditional kitchen. There is an attempt to exhibit the major cultures of Ghana as well as its natural resources.
Great museum and very informative. It has no AC so bring water and be prepared for the heat though. Plan to spend at least an hour, maybe 2 to look at all the exhibits. Definitely worth a trip.
A relatively small museum, the curators have managed to pack a great deal into the building. The museum provides an overview of significant Ghana history and also includes cultural touches about food, clothing, music and more.
