I took a tour to the city. I saw a lot wonderful things. The van drove through the Torre del Reformador. It is not an observatory deck, but an art form.

I first saw this attraction while riding a cab from the airport to my hotel at 10:30 pm. During my 4-day visit of Guate, I passed by it several times while riding public buses around the city. Unlike our Washington Monument, this Torre can not be climbed using elevator or steps. It is simply a landmark, nothing else!
No big deal, I do like the tower itself specially when lit at night. I don't recommend you to get off the car for pictures unless you don't mind giving your camera, cel phone and wallet to unfriendly strangers.
