The falls here are very impressive and beautiful. You don't get to get close to them, they can only be viewed from a viewing deck relatively far away. However, it is still worth the trip. We were the only people there during our visit and it was very peaceful; plus the change in climate from San Ignacio was great!
It took about 70 minutes to get there on a very bad dirt road, and then there is no hiking, nothing there, all you can do is take a look at the falls and get back to the car for another hour and a bit of bumpy road... not reccomended.

These falls can be viewed from across the valley rather than getting very close to them. I was staying at Hidden Valley which is the neighboring reserve/inn and so it was easy for me to get there. Great view of the magnificent 1000 ft water fall. This is great for a half day's trip be either with friends or family. There is nothing much to do at this location apart from probably bird watching and the view of the waterfall but the location is just spectacular.
The most awe inspiring site to view and experience. It is located in an area of mountain pine ridge where it may seem like a secret hideaway. A beautiful waterfall to immerse and refresh yourself in it's pristine waters so cool and clear. Splendid and with Yute Expedition Tours you get the most value for your money.
The falls were nice off in the distance but I don't think it was worth the long drive to get to the viewing area. I would skip it and visit other sites.
