A very touristy and kitsch place. Does not really look like an attraction, kind of reminiscent of soviet times. It would not be surprised to find such a place in Sochi, Volgograd or Krasnodar. However, was really surprised that Jurmala can take it only that far..
Tempted by so much local produce,Latvian crafts etc
Plenty of cafes to sit outside with good coffee & cakes.
Wish I could remember the restaurant name, we ate at one evening.: but look for an elegant monochrome place with those artificial flames everywhere & under table radiant heaters ...it was a chilly May night.
The food was excellent & so...
