The oldest church in town was bombed in WW2, and has been interestingly renovated so you can tell the old and new parts apart. You can climb to the bell tower for 2 euro, but the view wasn't that great.

One of the oldest churches in Estonia that regulary holds a very good live concerts. Usually it's classical instrumental or choir music. If you plan to visit it I suggest to choose a concert evening - the acoustics is very good.
The Church is active - you can visit the service. There is an interesting stairs into the belfry - extremely tight (especially at the highest levels). It isn't the highest but it's extremely cheap.
This church looks amazing, big, massive old. Inside is not so official as I could imagine, but if you have a chance step there and see. At least photos from outside will be a good remember from Tartu.
