So glad we were able to visit this church (although a rebuilt one as the original was purposely destroyed to wipe out the Huttite influence. The ladies in charge were so very nice, and provided us with information sheets in English, so we could appreciate the building and the events that took place here. Having known about Martin Luther and... 更多
We walked past twice before we found the chapel as you notice the restaurant in the courtyard before you notice the chapel. We received a warm welcome from the ticket desk staff and a lady was very helpful in explaining some of the history of the chapel to us. There are also some very useful information sheets in a variety... 更多

We stumble upon this church last week as we were looking for a place to enjoy a hockey game and a few drinks. The place is very pretty and a little out of the way from all the city buzz of the Old Town. The church is very beautiful and I love the architecture.
Where tired of seeing the huge cathedrals while in Europe, so set out to find this chapel and to learn a bit of the history behind the building and life of John Huss. Took as a long time to find the place due to the winding streets in Prague, and a bit disappointed to find it was closed, so nothing... 更多
This is a building with clear historical significance, but I wonder if it is worth it to actually pay to go inside. The chapel is incredibly plain and you might get more information from Wikipedia than their information display. I would probably save my money and just look at it from the outside and read the Wikipedia article. There is... 更多
