One of the most beautiful island in Panamanians pacific, a must to visit when you are going to Pedasi, or Playa Venado, you will need a boat to reach it, and it is ideal for a day trip. Only 20 minutes from the shore.
Went there on a day trip with my family. Excellent beach, great snorkeling, beautiful surroundings. The bad part is that a boat had loud music the whole day spoiling a little bit the trip. Just 15 mins from the shore by boat.
Beautiful island in the pacific of Panama , is a unique wild reserve island and its a Park too , cant ask for more , snorkling and camping is amazing.
We have lived in the area for some time now and decided that we wanted to visit Isla Iguana. Craig and April who own and operate Casa Lajagua in Pedasi organized our trip for us. This turned out to be a very good idea. We drove to the beach. An immigration officer was at the Police station at the beach... 更多
It's a very nice place to relax and to be in a brighter sand that you can find in the coast. On the way to the island, which you leave on a small boat, you can see whales. The cost of the boat to the island is around 60 dollars up to 6 people, round trip. Bring food and water!
We did a day trip to the National Park out of Pedasi. There were several captains & boats anxious for our business so we got a far price. We circled the island in search of whales and were rewarded for our persistence. El capitan Luis got us close enough to easily see the whales and hear them exhale but he... 更多
Isla Iguana is a good place to sit and swim but not to spend a full day there. The bathroom facilities are primitive so I wouldn't plan on more than a few hours. There is not enough room for strolling up and down the beach but the crabs and iguanas are interesting to look at. Not sure if the cost... 更多
The most beautiful private beach I've ever been to. The water was blue, there were iguanas running around and hermit crabs. The sand was nice and fine. Plenty of fish to see. My only caveat is that the boats float around the beach where the people swim. Kind of a safety hazard. Don't bump your head!
We visited the island c/o a local fishing boat which our hotel host had organised for us and it proved very good value. The snorkelling isn't great but the island is pleasant to chill for a few hours amidst the vultures and hermit crabs! We also saw a humpback whale en route which was a bonus! Definitely worth a visit... 更多
