This is a beach next to an old nuclear reactor (the whith Dome) that has white sands and beautiful palm trees. It's great for swimmers and for surfing. You can also watch whales during Jan-Feb months.
This is where they hold competitions for major surf events (or, one of the places). In winter, they can have waves of 20-40' breaking a half mile off shore. In the summer, it's pretty calm. The sand stops at the water so it's a very rocky beach for anything but surfing.
this beach is right next to the lighthouse in rincon... has very nice waves... not good for kids but otherwise its awesome for some paddleboards at the edge or just go in for the big waves

Breath taking, lived here most of my life and I didn't know this existed. The atmosphere was amazing, local yet had a mixture of cultures like I have never experienced.

Beautiful beach, fun to watch the surfers but not a great beach for families with younger children to play in the water. The scenery is awesome. This a hot spot for locals, with a locals only parking area. There was limited parking right across the street for others. Not sure we would hit this beach again.
