Its not for me but worth a stop to watch someone else get their thrills. I wouldn't do it if paid $1,000 but lots do it for whatever the fee is (about $150).
Unforgettable experience, I did it with my wife and she was terrified, but the AJ Hacket crew, specialy James, gave her the courage to do the jump and it was probably the best experience of her life.
Beautiful surrounding with a great bridge. The stuff we're very nice and friendly . I have an amazing NZ experience , wow! When I jumped, it's fantastic. I love it. Once in a lifetime experience.
Beautiful atmosphere to jump off a perfectly good bridge! The staff were friendly, attentive and so helpful. They really get you in the spirit and make you feel safe. You can ask if you want to get dunked in the water or not and while we requested not to during our honeymoon tandem jump, I think the guy was joking... 更多
The idea of jumping off the platform gave me shivers and goosebumps the day I saw the videos on Youtube. Since I couldn't handle it anymore, I went straight to Kawaru bridge Bungy site from Queenstown airport. It was a sunny morning and the first site of the bridge from the highway made me nervous to the core. I was... 更多
The ultimate NZ Experience. A fabulous set up with opportunity to meet personal challenge. From the minute you get on board the bus, you feel the excitement of what you are about to do. The crew are amazing and supportive but nothing tops the sense of achievement once you do it. The photo packs are great investments and DO NOT... 更多
Had a couple of hours to spare before returning hire car so took a drive out to Kawarau Bridge to see what bungy jumping is all about. Did not partake myself but amazing to see it first hand and amazing to see you have to pay 195 NZD to throw yourself off a bridge. Bonkers!
No, I did not bungy. No-one in our family did. My son would have if he had been there, but then he has jumped from the highest one in Nepal. It was really something to see those magnificent men (and women) without their flying machines, launch themselves into space and hurtle groundwards, until jerked back vertically once more with the... 更多
After bungy jumping in Taupo last year I felt it would be ridiculous to visit the home of bungy and not jump the biggest New Zealand has to offer. AJ Hackett is very well run with progression from check-in to shuttle to getting harnessed up to getting out to the jump platform being seamless. Every member of staff I encountered... 更多
My wife and I visited Queenstown in February and had booked the Nevis Bungy & Swing well beforehand. We'd read the reviews, watched the videos and looked at as many photos as we could but nothing could prepare us for what we saw when we first arrived. The two structures that support the Bungy & Swing hang out in the... 更多
I hate heights, and have had panic attacks, but the staff were super friendly and helped calm me down and actually got me to jump! it was an amazing feeling to know i have jumped. But the photos and video on a USB were a bit steep. it went from $80 to $110 just for having a USB which is... 更多
I figured since I was going to the birth place of bungy, I might as well do it! Liked the fact that they offered a shuttle ride to and from town. I did the bridge jump, though it was rainy and cold the day I jumped, so I did not do the river dunk. It was a lot of fun... 更多
