We used to hangout on the beach until night, swimming, waterline (slackline), painting, yoga etc.... The food truck there made on of the best fries squid of Christchurch, better than most of the local Fish&chips.
Corsair bay is a beautiful sheltered place to swim and take the whole family, and or friends. You can walk around the bays as well to the neighboring bays.

Corsair Bay will always be my pick if we are to go to a beach. It's a beautiful pocket beach behind the Port Hills. There is a raft you can swim to and there is a grass area where you can have a picnic and enjoy the sun. The beach is shelly and quite small. There is a small playground... 更多

Brought rush and chips in Lyttleton and took them to the bay for tea and then played in the water with the dog. Lovely place for a swim, picnic or just a... 更多
Lovely small beach, popular with locals. Sheltered from the wind so it's nice to sun bathe there, only downside is lots of sharp shells on the beach. There is a pontoon in the middle of the bay you can swim to and jump off
