I came to the Waca on the summer holidays to watch a semi final of the Perth Scorchers. It was very expensive such as a magmum costing 7 dollars and a cornnetto costing 5. We had to sit on hill with grass on it and there was only two grandstands. I suggest with it being the home ground of WA... 更多
in town the one thing hubby wanted to walk inside BUT closed no entry only tours during the week ...but we are here for a long weekend. even if you could just walk in and see though a fence would of been good
We visited this ground as a tourist. We did not see any cricket match or any other event. We just strolled in its outskirts. It has a pleasant setting. It is well connected by Public transport and lies within the free transit zone of Perth . They offer guided tours as well.
We were traveling around with some local friends when we stumbled across the museum. A very welcoming volunteer treated us at the door and was more than helpful. My brother and I visited the museum located in the WACA ground. In there we got to see much historical items from different players. They even had the underarm ball from the 1981 test against NZ. The staff were friendly. There are also tours of the ground. We weren't going to do this as it wasn't part of our itinerary,... 更多
this museum has so much in it that you could spend hours there, unfortunately we did not have time to do a tour of the ground so we will leave that until our next visit

The history stored here is fantastic ,bats belonging to some of the worlds finest batsmen stories of matches and test matches ,and artifacts of all sorts ,a tour of the ground is a must but take plenty of time not to be rushed, a cricket lovers delight.
