Having visited this Forest several years before I was mortified to see the state that the entrance office had degraded into. In fact nobody was even in the filthy Forest Reserve Front Office when we drove in, rather a scruffy bag, and unashamedly, was left outside the office asking for donations, which judging by the state of the immediate surroundings... 更多

Although the famed Cape parrots eluded us, we enjoyed a relaxing, easy walk through this beautiful forest. It was very sad to see that locals obviously abuse it by bringing in their cows from time to time. It will most certainly benefit from investment in the boardwalks and trails as it is a really beautiful spot.
