Great place for a 3.5 mile circular walk (or cycle). Flat terrain for most of it but some woodland and rough paths. Lots of additional paths to take - extensive area. No charge so the perfect place for anyone to enjoy the outdoors.
With a cafe, scenic walks and a multitude of activities, Chasewater's a great place to spend a sunny afternoon. I did the half hour beginners cable tow wakeboarding session and had a great time. I'd done nothing like it before but my instructor (Paul) was super friendly, patient and encouraging and I had a blast. Would definitely return.
I know Chasewater very well as I lived in the nearby town Burntwood from 1999 to 2014. Chasewater was a great place for friends and family to hang out. The views are stunning! However my last visit saw the side pool near the cafe drained which wasn't so appealing. But the huge resouvior is beautiful. Recently it was completely drained... 更多

A nice combination of walks, water (boat rides available), open spaces and a playground; all with free admission and free parking. Combine this with a visit to the Chasewater railway within the park for an excellent day out at little cost.
Great place to walk the dog and take the kids on their bikes. Flat all the way round so you can take it steady. Also great for a run if you feel so inclined.
Excellent country park with something for everyone. Totally 'free' to get in, to large car parks. Large lake with the chance to see water skiing, wake boarding, sailing. As well as an art display in the #innovation centre. Cafe staffed by friendly ladies, with a wonderful range of food. There are often events on making it a top notch attraction... 更多
This place is very good for all ages. There is plenty to do. You have the Ducks/swans and lots of other types of birds to see. There are different types of boats always on the lake. A lovely play area for the children. Great when the weather is on our side.
Well worth a visit if you have not been here, and don't even know the lake is there! You have to visit it to see wahat is available. Visitor centre, children's play area, wide open spaces for games, crazy golf and go carts. Some days there are additional small fairground rides, and the outstanding Chasewater Railway reviewed elsewhere. If you... 更多
