Already the views and the road up there are good enough reasons to visit this place. Village is very atmospheric and beautiful. Winery tour and tasting was average (15 €/person). For experienced winery visitor tour didn't include anything special about wine. Tour was more about the place.

This is a beautiful town. The tour includes a walk around the town a discussion about the town tours of the wine and olive oil processing areas, and the wine cellar. The tour ends with a wine tasting. One white, three red, all great.
A small but pleasant hill town in Chianti. Wine tasting available, and a good cafe to sit at and people watch. Very friendly people.
Lovingly restored borgo (little village) high in the hills of Chianti Classico. The views are magnificent. Wonderful walking trails in the surrounding area. A gem not to be missed.

Volpaia itself is a teeny tiny village owned by the family and features ancient homes, 2 chapels, a winery shop, and great restaurants. The views... 更多
