I cannot begin to describe my experience here. My partner and I headed to Playa del Silencio about 8pm, to be able to have some time exploring before settling back up on the hill to watch the sunset. Maybe we were lucky, but we were the only ones on this tranquil beach and we couldnt have been more happy. I... 更多
I don't know if I have the words to describe this place! It's really amazing! I love it and definitely recommend it to view! The view is wonderful! You have the green surroundings, huge rocks getting out of the blue ocean and white waves break out onto the beach and the rocks. It's really impressive!
One of many gorgeous beaches along this coast but Silencio has been "exploited". This beach was a beach you'd go to & could have a nap & not have people sitting on top of you but suddenly it's the place to be & is chocablock of tourists.
We have been here many times to walk, picnic and occasionally swim but the best time is at sunset. You look out over a bay filled with jagged tall rocks and with fading light, and swirling mist it feels like you have been transported to the set of Lord of the Rings. Walk a little further on from the main... 更多

A nice easy walk down. Get here early as not many spots to park. Not sandy, large stones. Very quiet location and nice drive in and out..
Although you need a car to arrive (and walk a little bit more), it is a wonderful spot that worth the exercice. We were practically alone and the natural sound of waves going back into the ocean, while touching the stones beach... it resulted in a sound that I never heard in my life. Great for relaxing, meditating, enjoying...
And the beach to the left, accessible only at low tide, is even better than this beach of Silence. It has a small waterfall from a stream where the water jumps from three meters tall to the beach. Truly a paradise. Be careful as there is no rescue personnel and the slope from the shore to enter and exit the... 更多
It is a bit of a drive to get there and a walk down to the beach but it is well worth it, with towering cliffs and a stoner isolated beach being your reward. There were people sun baking, but it is more of a place to explore, for the kids to throw stones into the surf and for others... 更多
