This place is teeming with picnickers on a weekend, especially in the cooler months. I went there by my own car from Bishnupur town,for a quick tour of the place. Nothing really great about this place. It is barrage of water over the kansaboti river. There are a long walk over the dam and a boat ride at the end. Although this place offers some great view of photography. The picnic group in winter actually makes this place extremely dirty and unhealthy. Not a must visit place.
Mukutmonipur dam is built on the confluence of two rivers, kangshaboti and kumari.
