me and my family been to palani temple last month, its a great place for pilgrim visit, it wasnt crowded in september, but in holidays it will be super crowded.
My parents wanted to visit the temple for a long time and we finally got time to make a family trip along with my wife and kid. Was my second visit after 15 years, salami has changed a lot, it was not at all neat during my first visit. Now palani temple is clean, hats off to the management. Crowded as always, but facilities are there to overcome these hassles. Bribery is still a curse here. Agents or guides will make you mad, better not to listen... 更多
Nice Darshan. Went with family. No crowd at the time. Climbed the stairs. 650+ stairs. Took 15-20 minutes to climb. My 6 year old daughter also climbed. 10Rs./100Rs and free darshan also available. Different alangarams at different timing. Look at the schedule. We saw sadhu alangaram and Balasubramaniar alangaram. Daily 7 PM Golden chariot
You plan for a kalapooja, timings available in many web sites. There is separate entrance Q, on west of temple, adjacent to the people come out of Dharshan . No hassle .
