Only to the resort to see the ice hotel but what amenities we saw for family fun looked amazing. Located in a rural setting it provides year round activities. The ice hotel has a competition to decorated the rooms carving the ice and snow. Just so imaginative. Santa's room was my favourite.
We finally visited valcartier village after years of talking about it and we had a wonderful family weekend!! Some context - 2 adults + 2 kids -- (both kids under 12 years of age). The first day we went tubing, it was an amazing tubing park -- I've went tubing before and it was nothing like this... lots of runs... 更多
We just visited the park, I went with my 7 & 9 year old. We were excited since we love visiting the outdoor park however we weren't thrilled with this visit.... Firstly there are SO many rules: You can' t take pictures of their property in the back due to the Ice Hotel, they charge a tour fee. You pay... 更多
Interior water parc. not super big BUT... You have everything you need. A small, not too deep waves pool. A tubing "river" that goes around the park. 2 tubings slides worth it, 2 really steep slides and 4 normal slides. there are plenty of games/slides for kids. The best is the flow rider... that you can go in as often... 更多
We have visited Bora Park with kids 12 and 7. First of all, it is not as hot as it says. If you are really looking for a +30 degree, it is not. It was actually quite chilly in the place. Morning was okay, but after 1pm, it was so cold out of the water that we left early. Bring... 更多
Not too far from Old Quebec (around 45 mins drive), this place is a great weekend getaway to enjoy some fun in the snow. We paid around $25USD for unlimited tubing. There are restaurants inside the main building. So much fun!
We have 2 kids and have visited other water parks over the year and this one was our worse experience overall. While being clean and brand new, I think a lot of things could have been better thought out. The doors which gives on the Park were always open because the lockers and the food courts are outside the Park.... 更多
There really isn't anyting like Valcartier Vacation Village in Quebec in winter. You can slide on snow outside or get wet inside and slide some more in their top-of-the-line waterpark. Fun for the whole family but it surely isn't free. The slides cost around 30-50$ per person and they charge 10$ for a locker with a 10$ deposit...The Hotel has... 更多
We went for a day in early Jan and had a blast. The drive out was by taxi around 60-70$ and the entry fee included the Hotel Glace (ice castle) and all day in the adventure park. It wasn't overcrowded so the wait to toboggan anywhere was quick. We started at the small one and worked our way up to... 更多
