This is the second time within 2 years that I have visited this beautiful heritage listed house. On each occasion my visit has been delightful. If you like local history and antiquities you will love this place. This is where the vision for Guildford Grammar School for Boys was first realised by the owner. The beautiful furniture and decoration is... 更多
Breakfast was yum. A bit noisy because work going on in yard. Maybe setting up for wedding. The service was good but our table was so wobbly had to put napkin under leg. I did notice lots of spider webs on my chair. I think that attention to deal needs to be lifted a little. I was serviced tea in... 更多
Prices here are reasonable. Service is excellent. Views are pretty with gentle breeze keeping the two of us comfortable. Velvet cake is disappointing with too much frosting and an artificial flavour used in its making. Coffee was fair.
If seeing historic properties in their original condition is of interest to you it's worth making the trip out to Woodbridge house. You don't need long to walk through and check out each room as there is only minimal descriptive signage. You have to pay to get in, but it's a modest sum. Well worth a look!

Nominal charges to view, 8 dollars for an adult and senior concession. Beautiful rooms filled with well maintained period furniture, the hand out info sheet covers the contents, but hopefully you... 更多
Conveniently located in Guildford, ample parking, great pub food (generous portions and great value), treated as important
This is a very nice little property, well preserved and left as it was when in use. It preserves an interesting aspect of Australia's history. It seems very similar to stately homes of the UK but on a smaller scale. Accessed through the college grounds. There is a small fee to enter. It does not take long to look around... 更多
