This stone circle is easy to access right off the main street in Kenmare and is well taken care of. Maybe too much so, the careful landscaping takes away some of the eerie feeling you get at other stone circles.

A (very) short walk from the center of town, The Stone Circle is an amazing sight to behold. It is easily accessible, and one may even touch the stones. There is an honour box to collect your 2 Euro admission fee. Worth seeking out just to imagine how it got there and what was its' purpose. Great photo op.

If you have the time, it is a nice little stroll from the downtown area. It is just a handful of rocks in a circle, though. Not real scenic, but it will give you a chance to work off a couple of calories from all the good food.
