I love this park, particularly good when babysitting young kids as the play park is excellent ( NB Dogs not allowed in the play park). There are also decent toilets and sinks ( and a disabled toilet). Beautiful park the walks are amazing for the kids they loved running about and letting their energy out. They got to feed the ducks which they enjoyed. The play park is out of this world our kids absolutely loved it. Definitely a park well worth a visit.
After years of visiting Tyrone and a year of living here I finally made it to Drum Manor. Great location. You pay a small fee to park on the grounds. Right outside Cookstown. There are two parking lots - if you drive through the first one you can access the one closest to the playground. Great playground gated with bouncy... 更多
Drum Manor Forest park is located a short drive from Cookstown on the way to Omagh. It has a very pituresque with a small lake, it offers plentiful parking and a choice of numerous walks depending on how fit you are or how long you have. There is even a campsite if you would like to stop over.
On arrival there was no reception or notices. We went to the main site which was about three quarters full. We picked a pitch away from as many as possible and got things sorted. The ground was very marshy...which was the least of my concerns. I soon realised that I was in the cast of My Big Fat gypsy wedding!... 更多
