We loved the smaller boat with fewer people. We had great sightings and a whale swam right under the boat (not that this is under their control but - it still made the trip fabulous :) We had some scheduling issues due to a mistake by an employee but they did everything possible and went above and beyond to make... 更多
We came to Hawaii at this time of year to see the whales, and thanks to the Cousteau Center, we weren't disappointed. Our intrepid leader, Katherine, was very knowledgeable (she's a marine biologist) but also a great tour guide, answering all questions and solicitous to those who felt a little seasick. The boat was big enough so that it didn't... 更多
The tour uses a 30 foot boat allowing for only 12 participants. We were guided by a naturalist and an experienced boat captain. They were able to put us in the middle of the whale activity. One pair came so close, I believe we could have touched them!

It is tucked in behind the Ritz Carleton, which make a nice Mai Tai but it was somewhat of a disappointment. Probably nice for those staying there and perhaps there... 更多

I went on the snorkeling tour with the amazing guide, Ali Rinaldi. I attempted to go by myself at Honalua bay and that was nowhere near the great experience we had at Kapalua beach with Ali. She makes sure you feel comfortable, offered a wet suit top - much appreciated. I had my own gear, but what is offered seemed... 更多
Great options for all ages (not just children). We liked the paddle boarding, snorkeling for our teens. Highly recommend for younger children while adults enjoy some private time!
I had a wonderful snorkeling experience. Ali is a naturalist with lots of knowledge about underwater life. She was extremely patient and went out of her way to make everyone in the group comfortable and engaged. it is obvious that she is passionate about her job, which made the activity enjoyable and memorable.
My 6 year old attended both the star gazing and chef nights----she ran into the building and did not want to leave either time! Very well executed.
