This is a tucked away, beautiful historical site that I think should have more visitors and should receive more attention than it does. I'm quite impressed that in a small town like Watamu they've got and preserved such a wonderful historic site. One can say that it somehow is a mini version of Angkor Wat. With 500 KES (for non residents) you can easily spend an hour walking around it to take photos or simply sit under the shade to enjoy its beauty.... 更多
The area is absolutely brilliant, perfect historical background, the ruins and the butterfly pavilion will always draw any would a visitor closer, combine with its clean, old age surrounding trees, and more well situated, few meters from the main road
