Have been there with family for a beautiful Schloss and Garden illumination with spectacular fireworks. Great organized, good entertainment for the whole family.
In Schloss Bruchsal, only a handful of rooms have been recreated after the damage of WWII. The staircase and marble room are truly stunning, but you're soon 'done' here. I also missed some more explanation of the history of the palace. There was no audio guide available and also very little text in the rooms itself. So it felt like... 更多
We went to a Chris de Burgh concert in the grounds of the Schloss which was amazing. The views of the Schloss from both the front and back are stunning - very reminiscent of some Russian palaces. The gardens are also beautiful and well worth strolling through at your leisure.
Many come from all over Germany and abroad to visit this baroque castle and the Balthasar Neumann Treppe (Staircase) is unique and one of a kind. The park behind the castle is perfect for a stroll around in nature.

They do havea nice music box exhibition which is interesting but I am not sure if we... 更多
Place of interest in context to similar historical buildings in the region, for example: Heidelberg, Mannheim, Karlsruhe, Rastatt. This castle was complete destroyed in the world war II, the reconstruction to be effected originally. Actual, Museum for historical musicboxes and antique furnitures. For architects of interst: famous staircase.

The staff will approach you and volunteer their knowledge. Such wonderful guides we have encountered only in Britain's National Trust Properties. As a result, we purchased several... 更多
