Well preserved and maintained roman ruins. It is a nice and covered walk through this old former roman settlement. There is additional information on the romans in Badenweiler and Germany. Well worth a stop when strolling through the park! Although there is a cash machine at the entrance, a signed said "out of service" and the gate was open.
This place is located just behind the Cassiopeia Thermal facility. It costs 2€ per person to go in and they are well spent! I had never seen anything like this before. The beauty is in how well preserved the site is. It is almost like being there all those 100s of years back. Basically ,it is just Ruine, to walk and to look, of course,when you think about how old it is, it becomes something special,but really, it is just a nice place to take a walk after breakfast or dinner!
