Only 3 Euros and there is a lift most of the way up, about 40 steps after that, buy tickets at the tourist kffice. Great views of Arras, the two places and out to the countryside.
You can walk up the stairs the whole way, or take the lift for most of the way. Either way, it's well worth doing. Great views over wonderful Arras.

Definitely worth a trip up the Belfry, especially as there is a lift most of the way, so you only have to climb 43 steps! You can buy a ticket for this and the Boves together for 7 euros, that is valid for a year. Wonderful views from the top!
I'm glad we went up to the bell tower (access from basement of tourist office by lift, then 40 spiral stairs so not suitable for young children or the infirm). The view is excellent and gives a great perspective on the town, its buildings and surroundings.
Get a joint ticket for the belfry with other attractions such as the Wellington Quarry. Lift and then a winding staircase. Good views of the whole town. Go at mid day and you can hear the bells!
Once you're done taking pics of the building from the ground, next up is to see it from on high! Walk inside and pay the fee to get the ticket, which you scan at the entrance to the stairs to get to the top. You get to walk up the stairs through the inner guts of the tower to get... 更多
A fast lift and a few stairs get you to the top of the belfry, from where you will get an overview of Arras. Pictorial maps help to identify important buildings. At €3, a bargain.
