A day out with my daughter and mother in law, three generations enjoying the sunshine and each others company in stunning surroundings. There is ample parking when you arrive, and entry charge is very reasonable at £6. per adult (£2.50 4-16 year olds and free for 3 and under) You are given a map to use if wanted and there... 更多
We followed the suggested path around the gardens which are varied and delightful, with lots of seats to admire the scene. I particularly liked the Japanese garden and the rose garden - photo opportunities galore. The mature trees are amazing and the smell of the lime tree flowers was beautiful. We can't comment on the tea room as we brought... 更多

Chose a sunny dry to visit these fabulous gardens..Stunning arboretum with trees to rival Kew. Delightful rose garden, Topiary and herbaceous border. There's a lake where fishing is allowed. The tea room is a must with it's original black range and white tiled walls. Two young students served us - they were super and smiley. Next time we may take... 更多
Lovely to wander around these beautiful gardens, so peaceful. The variety of flowers & plants are lovely & very well maintained. Had a really nice tea & home-made cake while sitting in the sunshine outside the tea rooms. Definitely worth a visit, or for a break on a trip.
We were here for a relative's wedding and we're very impressed. The grounds and buildings are beautiful and well-maintained. Catering and service were exceptional. Staff were helpful and discrete. Overall, an excellent experience!
Had an excellent visit here yesterday. Everyone very helpful, accommodating and friendly with those on our coach trip. Lovely garden with very informative guided tours and history of house and gardens and family. May was certainly a good time to see the garden but earlier with early Spring plants and later would be equally good. Lovely views too from terrace... 更多
The house is only partly open to the public, but is very interesting if taken round by William Dawes who lives in part of it. The Dawes family have lived here for the last 300 years, so there is a good piece of history to be seen. A fine venue for a wedding with fantastic photo opportunities in the grounds... 更多
We visited here today, just out and about when we saw the notice for mount ephraim gardens and decided to have a look. We were greeted at the car park by a very welcoming lady who explained the gardens to us and as we had our little Yorkshire terrier with us also told us it was quite alright to take him... 更多
We have season tickets which if you live locally are great valve for money as you can visit anytime for a hour or so walk round the beautiful gardens. That's what it is, so I think the £6 entry is a bit steep. Unfortunately the tea room has gone down hill this year with a very limited menu and no... 更多
