They moved the railway from the coast to the hills and, in its old location, they put the pista ciclabile. It's supposed to be about 60 km long but is not complete yet; it is however one of the very few successful Riviera endeavours as so many people use it to cycle safely, well arranged with proper lanes, seating, booths... 更多
My husband and I rented a 4 person bike, and we put our 4 and 6 year old kids at the front. We rented the bike on the bike path right at Corso Mombellow, and we rode the path for about 30-45 minutes (each way). We finally arrived at a rocky and somewhat deserted beach that was gorgeous. This activity... 更多
We cycled the Riviera Cycleway from SanRemo to San Lorenzo around Christmas time. It is easy to navigate, mostly flat as it is a railroad bed converted into a bike path. There are a few crossroads but they are well marked to it is a great place to take kids and enjoy good views of the Mediterranean sea. This time... 更多
No amount of praise can go to those that came up with the idea of changing an old railway track into this excellent Bike/Jogging/skating track . Almost all of its 30km has amazing seaviews with lots of places to stop for snacks or lunch along the way ! A jewel . Many places to rent Bicycles too.
Highly recommended - We used bikes supplied by our hotel and cycled to the far end of the trail from SanRemo, stopping on the way for coffee and again for lunch at the superb bike friendly cafes en-route. Very easy cycling, suitable for all abilities on a flat smooth track. Younger children (Under 12) may struggle with the full distance,... 更多
We rented bikes from Nolo bici and cycled to San Lorenzo al mare. We rented a trolley for our 9 month old boy. When he got sick of being in the trolley we stopped for lunch and a swim at the beach. Great views, nice path and happy people on and along the pista. We hope the pista will be... 更多
We took a double cycle to ferry our three year old around the track. We didn't stay out too long but the set up for cyclists is great, lots of fun lots of beauty and nice places to stop off and catch a breath.
Sanremo is undoubtedly one of the best places to visit on the Italian/French riviera, with its great beaches, restaurants, bars, shops, markets, wonderful people, and of course, casino! However, one of the things that puts it ahead of the competition is its fantastic, custom built, cycle path!!! The path follows the old railway track route along the coast - starting... 更多
