We couldn't go inside, as it was closed. But the exterior was breathtaking and it has a commanding place at top of square. Make sure you visit this while strolling though the town. Few shops, cafes and restaurants in square around- other than that there was little shade.
The outside of the church is beautiful and as a structure it dominates the centre of the town - The inside of the church is however rather dull and non inspiring. Worth a visit for its location, and for the walk through the town to get there.
A stunning church in the old part of the town Ragusa, the greek Ragusa Ibla. The church has been built with barocco style and stand above you form the high of a theatral staircase. You have to go at night and take a picture of this when it is lit up. There's also a lot of great bars and restaurants to choose from near by. There's also a tourist train that takes you from the carpark up to the steps of the Duomo or it's a very pleasant 10-15 minute up hill walk.
