This museum is on the outskirts of Brescia, housed in a beautiful ex-monastery close to Sant'Eufemia (where there are plenty of decent places to go for a meal before or afterwards). I took a friend who is very passionate about cars, especially sports cars and we both enjoyed the visit. There are some beautiful and unusual vehicles to be seen,... 更多
A huge fan of motor racing, I visited this museum with my not-such-a-fan boyfriend. Even he found the experience very enjoyable. The museum is not particularly large, especially since the exhibits themselves take up quite a lot of space. However, it's a rare opportunity to get such a close look at a cross-section of racing history. You can inspect every... 更多
I took my 12 year old son here as we were staying in Brescia and I am a petrol head. Even the building is beautiful and some of the cars are just stunning. The entry fee was 10 Euro for both of us, which I thought was fair. It only took us an hour to do the tour and that... 更多
We took 1,5 hour to visit this museum. My partner likes old cars and their history and the museum was really worth the visit. About 30 old cars which were in the race were to be seen, asa lot of extra information about thse special races. There is also a nice shop, selling jackets, shoes and polo's amongst other things like... 更多
I was accompanying my husband, but I have to admit that those cars really impressed me. I'm not a big connoisseur of the cars, but these cars are part of the modern history and you can not remain indifferent when you see it and touch it.
Visited this museum because it held the Beatles museum. We were however very impressed with the car museum as a whole . Throughout there was a history of Brescia through the ages alongside the history of the mille miglia road race.i would recommend this as a good place to spend a few hours at a very reasonable cost
It is a great museum with the most beautiful racecars. Alfa Romeo, Ferrari, Mercedes and so on. Also impressions of the type of roads in the past and a great movie about the race in the early days, from the late 20's till the 50's. Low priced, we paid 20 euros for our family of 5.
If You like Cars this is Your Paradise. There has been a time in Italy when Epic people has created mechanic jewels to run through Italy. Obviously a great museum for car lovers. But the exhibit is done so well, It's also interesting if you want to see how the road surface was developed through the decades, how fashion changed, what was important in Italian, European and World politics, literature and more ...
This museum is a must for the real motorsport enthousiast; that part of Brescia breathes Mille Miglia! It's situated in a former monastry and very well transformed into a worthfull museum which covers all aspects of the long MM history; with a nice shop and a plendid restaurant on the premises.
