We had a wonderful brunch and enjoyed a salmon Benedict as well as beef Benedict. The biscuits they brought out first were addictive. The staff was prompt and friendly. The amount of food for thematic net was a little on the thin side but it was sufficient. Enjoyable experience.
Norwegian Benedict and Medallions with poached eggs were terrible. Eggs are not truly poached but cooked in molds and they were literally hard boiled. Food was cold as well. Usually one of the best but not this time. You're only as good as you're last plate. Not going back.
I have never been disappointed at this restaurant. Their food is always cooked to perfection. This is a great gals place and can accommodate large groups. We always enjoy ourselves!
Great food and great service in a beautiful setting. The Red Pepper Gouda and, Mushroom Brie soups and excellent. The grilled shrimp salad, warm lobster salad, chicken tortellini, and crab quiche are outstanding. These were lunch offerings. Try it, you won't be sorry. Call a day ahead for reservations.
I would have to say that Lopez is probably one of the best restaurants in The Villages! Very nice atmosphere, good selection of entries, and very good service. Also if it's a nice afternoon, stop by the pool bar for a drink or a bite to eat after a round of golf. Great setting as well!
My favorite restaurant in the Villages, especially Monday evening when the special is surf and turf. Only problem is getting in the door. Reservations are a must for the high season, Jan Feb and March when the birds flock south. Staff is professional, food is wonderful, maybe a little pricy, but worth it!
