Nice selection of trails to suit all. Only just found out about the reserve and it is so close. The trails are nice and well marked, suitable for all ages. Took my dogs and walked with a friend and his dogs. The dogs loved the adventure and were nicely tuckered out,60 Foot falls had plenty of water and looked lovely
I love waterfalls, so I looked around Perth to find something close by. We went on a weekday and there was still a surprising amount of people about. I took a map of the trail but I didn't really need it. Google maps took us straight to the destination, and the trail was easy to find and follow. There are... 更多
Can't believe this place is so close to home & we never even new it existed!! We had a beautiful family day here. Didnt realise till afterwards that we chose the hardest trail, (2km track with lizard) but my 3yr old daughter had no problems completing it in just over an hour. The 60ft falls were great, and the view... 更多
We've been coming here ever since the 80's, from the local council school holiday activities to fun with friends on the weekend, now to explore the area's great Bush tracks. Great area to explore, bbq facilities, bush walks, excerise and just enjoy the great outdoors.
My parents and I did the 60 Foot Falls trail on the weekend, and had a great time! Beautiful views to Perth and lovely scenery along the trail with the old quarry. We even spent a while watching some rock climbers which was very interesting. The walk itself had a few stairs and a bit of rock scrambling, but it... 更多
My wife and I took the 60 Foot Falls walking trail. While the initial incline took some effort, the rest stops along the way afforded some respite and a progression of the views. We went at the end of autumn and there was no water falling down. Nevertheless, the view from the top out over the valley was enjoyed in... 更多
There's some wonderful trails for hiking here, and I'd recommend going in the winter, especially after recent rain, in order to increase the chances of seeing water at 60 foot falls. There's a number of trails here from the parking area, with the best one being the trek up to the top of Sixty Foot Falls, and then around on... 更多
Nice stroll and view of waterfalls (in the Perth winter and spring), though its likely going to appeal to locals wanting a quick stroll than be something tourists seek out.
If you want to see the best display of natural wildflowers in the Perth metropolitan area then Ellis Brook Valley Reserve is the place to go. There are a number of easy walking paths (Blue Wren, Eagle View and Echidna) which will take you through plenty of wildflowers. Plus there is the tougher (but not too tough) Sixty Foot Falls... 更多
