Good over all place to visit and stay fresh air and good friendly people who are always ready to help with places to visit.
I have visited this week west shore beach @ Llandudno.as its not far from my hotel with my wife and kids. Beach has wonderful views of sea and beautiful countryside. A sandy beach so better than the main beach on the front but despite visiting many times, it's a beach I have never managed to fall in love with. Tends not to get too busy though and if you want a sandy beach around Llandudno then it's worth a look.
Sandy beach with nice views of the surrounding countryside. Has a more low key feel about it than the North Shore Beach. The seasonal dog ban was not enforced when I visited in September 2016, I saw dogs and plenty of paw prints on the beach.
We as a family of 5 plus 2 older relatives visited West Shore where the sea is beautiful and the paths are flat which us why it us called the invalid mile as it allows scooter wheelchair users etc to be able to access the beautiful scenery without struggling to get about. Hadn't visited properly before except driven past on way home from Llandudno. Had a lovely walk along the beach, breathing in the salty air. Stunning views across to the hills of Snowdonia and Great Orme to your right. Will return when next in the area.
Most people flock to the beach by the promenade but if you want a quieter beach, then choose the West Shore.
