We had the guided tour of the Opera house and found it to to be full of great information, history and a glimpse into the Austrain Royal life. Simply fabulous.
Our guide was very informative and gracious. We visited in late July so we had the opportunity to go back stage to see equipment and multiple stages from which to move settings. Foyers, kaiser's greeting room and mixture of architecture was very beautiful. We are not opera fans but still worth it. There were many, many people who were all... 更多
A fantastic opera house with wonderful rooms to get the feeling of the famous events that took place in the past and at present. The Opera house was partly ruined and built up again. The most interesting part was behind the stage. The technic behind the stage was very impressiv.
Just about right for one's span of attention - an hour. With lots of facts and information about the various 'rooms' in this huge building. I joined the queue for the 10am tour, about a dozen in our group. The guide told us of the operas, the staging, the prices, the annual deb's ball, and tales from the rooms. Good value
we loved the guided tour - even our 10 year old. The tour was very interesting taking you all over the opera house which itself is a wonderful piece of architecture.
The tour was excellent. I learned a lot about the history of the opera house, the damage it incurred in WW II and the post-war reconstruction. The tour group also got to visit backstage for a glimpse of the workings behind the scenes. Highly recommended for music and opera lovers!
We enjoyed the tour of the beautiful state opera building. It has a long history and the tour is well worth the expense. Our guide was very knowledgeable and the tour is available in a range of languages.
