Very basic swimming pool, it has a few slides into the main pool but it was far too cold to actually go in, instead everyone migrated into the tiny hot pool so it was overcrowded. Wouldn't return, there are many better swimming pools in Iceland.
This place provides a lovely way to spend an afternoon relaxing. Even though it's outdoors and the temperature was -1 the selection of hot tubs, pools and steam room means you are never going to be cold. If you like 60s modernist architecture, there are a few interesting features such as the roof of the spectator gallery. Definitely worth a... 更多
Visiting Laugardalslaug was one of the last things I did in Iceland, and one of the most authentic experiences I think we had. This geothermal pool was recommended to us by a few Reykjavik locals and a park ranger at Þingvellir and it more than lived up to the hype! Everyone at the facility was very friendly and helpful. The... 更多
This is a local geothermal pool, that the Reykjavik locals recommended, and it was FUN! The day we went there was EXTREME weather conditions, which closed the highways and airport for several hours, and made that experience all the more interesting! It was very blustery winds, combined with snow and sleet, and made the run into the outside pool challenging,... 更多
Hi fellow travellers! I enjoyed this pool so much that during my stay in beautiful Reykjavik we went twice! The pool is opened late so during our first visit (from around 20h00 until 21h30) we enjoyed the main pool and the warmer pools. During our second visit, I enjoyed the 50 meter long pool to swim some laps! It was... 更多
Having been unable to book a blue lagoon visit to suit we settled for goint to a thermal pool in the city...How glad we did ! about a tenth of the price of the lagoon and far more authentic ...Very easy to get into and navigate the changing rooms etc.The place was mainly used by locals which was a refreshing... 更多
I loved this. Swimming outdoors. Hot pots (similar to a jacuzzi) at different temperatures. A Freezing cold plunge pool. A wonderful steam room. Loved it. Be aware though that hygiene is strictly enforced. This means communal naked showering (single sex). Thought this would bother me but it really didn't. Don't let it put you off.
I visited here with my friends being that it was only 3 minutes from where we were staying (Grand Hotel Reykjavik) and also it was opened till 10pm and appears to be one of the locals favourite pastimes. After reading reviews on here I was extremely nervous regarding the 'Naked washing' being a Brit as well as very body conscious... 更多
Our airBNB was about 15 minutes away walking and, unable to get blue lagoon tickets we came here the morning we left Iceland - this was probably much better if you have young kids. We came with twin 6 year olds. We spent 2.5 hours in a gigantic pool where the weather was perfect, there were slides and the depth... 更多
