If you go the the Glass Museum the ticket also gives you entry into the Smalands Museum and Utvandrarnas Hus (all adjacent to each other). All three are not big in size but offer overall good value.
First we went to the history of Smaland section of the museum and after that we went to the glass section. We enjoyed the glass section more. There were some very nice pieces presented. Overall it was nice for about one hour. You could probably spent more time if you read everything, but we prefered to walk around and see... 更多

Sweden is famous (and rightly so) for its art glass tradition and Växjö is home to one of its best museums of glass. A fantastic collection of the works of some of the country's foremost artists and craftsmen. Not rated as excellent simply because part of the museum was closed and I wanted to see more.
Amazing to see this ancient work of art form in a context to Swedish history and development. Very pleasant visit if you like art and history.
