Well worth the 25-minute drive from Odense but poorly signposted and not easy to find. Oddly, the leaflet that is meant to encourage you to go doesn't include a map. Excellent little museum with a lot of interest for all ages. Not the biggest museum but a lot of informative spots.exhibits. Danish history at a glance - make the walk to the nearby Viking ship. Make a stop if you are in the area.
This was an excellent little museum with lots of things to interest both children and adults. The museum itself is small and has several informative exhibits. the actual burial ground exhibit containing the remains of a viking ship is a short walk away. We would highly recommend a stop here if you are in the area.
