I spent a lot of time waiting for a friend in the square. Its great for people watching, lots of cafes surrounding the square. Well situated for buses and a short sea front walk to the White Tower
I was there with a group. Its always crowded. The Aristotelous Statue is in the middle of the square. Which is surrounded with cafes and restaurants. The architecture of the houses are interesting to see.
My wife and I had a pleasant stroll around the area enjoying the architecture and atmosphere. We stopped over for a bite to eat at a local pizzeria and a coffee at a coffee shop. It was a pleasant way to spend a couple of hours at the end of our day trip to Thessaloniki.
