Free entry and no queues. It's worth popping in for a quick visit if you are in the area - perhaps on the way to somewhere else. It has lovely side chapels and a Madonna dressed up with a black wig. For me the best bit was sitting on the steps outside watching the tour tuk tuk drivers making a... 更多
Igreja da Sao Vicente de Fora is a historic church in Alfama district that makes for a nice place to visit during trips to Lisbon. However, there is an entry fee to access... 更多
Dating back to the 12th century, this church and adjoining monastery with cloister is an exceptional example of Mannerist style of architecture. From vaulted archways to majestic blue tiled hallways to an over-the-top sacristy replete with numerous types of marble, this church should be on everyone's 'must-see' list. It is located in the center of the Alfama neighborhood close to... 更多
Nothing special here...as in all Lisbon..Highly overrated city...The only place really worth a visit (close to Lisbon) was St.Jeronimos Catherdral
This beautiful church is unusual in that the Sanctuary is separated from the nave with a low wooden barrier which prevents access to the sanctuary but you can still view the beautiful altar
This church ia nice but the most attractive visit is not the church. Near the church is the entrance to visit: King Pantheon and Cloisters an Church Towers. ( 5 euros ticket). Very near a flea market on saturdays

I probably wouldn't rate this as something you should go out of your way to visit. One because it is opened sporadically & 2 because it is no where near one of the nicest churches in Lisboa. If you are wandering around alfama then definitely stick your head inside if you get the opportunity.
