I came across this by accident on one of my early morning walks in the narrow streets of Lisbon. The views over the city are fabulous. I came back in the afternoon to enjoy the sun, the view and a beer from the little café there.
Hmmm...well, depends on your definition of a park. This, in effect, is a viewpoint with relatively small amount of grass and over shadowing trees.
Great view to stop off and even end the day when the sun goes diwn but you're not going to spend the day here.
