An intesting church full of minor Old Masters. Built with bricks like most of the churches in Bruges, the interior is a bit Gothic. The paintings are pretty interesting for art lovers though not well lit.
only ten minutes from the main square, this church provides some history, culture and some peace and quiet if you have had enough of the crowds of visitors.....

Beautiful gothic church built around 1240, with high vaulted ceilings, carved stone columns and marble balustrades. We went into this gothic church. It was so beautiful and so serene that we took advantage of it and ended up staying there for a long time listening to the music which was very soothing. Worth a visit.
Another fine example of a Gothic church in the heart of the city, an imposing building, but in general I think this is not one of the top attractions of the city, beautiful on the outside but internally mediocre.
A short visit but it is necessary to admire the many works of art are housed.
